I have the right to refuse service

All commissions require monetary payment in USD.

Payment will be made through Paypal. Please do not send through Ko-fi unless specified.

Full payment must be made before work is to be completed.

If you have a date the commission needs to be finished by, please inform me at least 7 days prior to the deadline. For larger commissions please inform me at least 15 days prior.

It will be considered a rush order if informed of a deadline with less than 7 days left and will incur a fee.

Please provide a clear character reference. If you do not have a visual reference, please provide a description with visuals and colors; even a quick doodle can suffice as long as it gets the point across.

I will charge a fee if provided a complicated description.

Major edits are only allowed during the sketch phase.

A few minor edits are allowed any point until commission is completed.

Please let me know ahead of time if you wish to keep it private.

You are allowed to post, share, and use your commission freely as personal use.

You are allowed a Full Refund after 30 days since the date of payment if there is no progress made.

After the Cool down period, if progress has been made, you are only allowed a partial refund depending on how much work has been done.

I will NOT draw NSFW, Fetishes, Heavy gore, problematic content.

Under no circumstance will the commission or art be used for NFTs or AI

Commissioning me means you agree to these terms.

Ko-fi doodles adhere to similar terms.

Ko-fi doodles and commissions from Ko-fi are a one-shot commission type. I don't give updates on small ones.

Once the design is purchased, you may freely use it for personal use as long as it is not to promote problematic content.

You make make edits to the design, unless it belongs to a Closed Species.

If the design was created for a Closed species, then you must adhere to their terms for editing a design.

You cannot sell the adopt for more than it has been purchased for unless there is additional artwork that has been commissioned.

All Adopts from me are for personal use. If you wish to use them commercially then you can message me so we may discuss it.
